WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING (For Camping Safaris Only):
•    Sleeping bag
•    rucksack as storage space on our bases is limited (excess luggage can be securely left at our offices, free of charge).
•    Sturdy safari clothes, jeans, T-shirts, jumper, or anorak for cool evenings and early mornings.
•    Torch, toiletries, bath towel and insect repellent
•    Film for the duration of the safari
•    And, of course, personal spending money!!! (for drinks, showers and swimming)

Itinerary

Pick up in the morning and head west for Masai Mara Game Reserve for lunch at the campsite followed by afternoon game drive in the game reserve which is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary.Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Dinner and overnight Masai Mara budget camping.

Full day spent in search of Elephant, Zebra, Wildebeest, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard and other plains game. This is the best day to view a variety of game with picnic lunches in the park. Dinner and overnight Masai Mara budget camping.
-Those who will be participating in balloon safari will be given a pre-flight briefing in this evening in preparation for the balloon flight on day 3.

05.30 am: Wake up call for the flight preparation
6.00 a.m: Arrive at the hot air balloon site in the Masai Mara

6.15 a.m: The hot air balloon safari starts.
7.15 a.m: Touch the ground and then the celebration. Receive certificates of completion and participation. Join the rest of the group to proceed a game-drive as you leave the park for the campsite. Dinner and overnight Masai Mara budget camping.

After breakfast leave Masai Mara campsite for Nakuru. Lunch is served en-route. Lake Nakuru is renowned for it's large variety of world famous birds, including  the lesser and greater flamingos. Its possible to see other game such as Rhino, Water Bucks, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle in the surrounding gardens. Dinner and overnight at a Nakuru budget hotel.

Morning spent viewing game at Lake Nakuru and in the afternoon proceed to Lake Baringo. Those who prefer can organise a boat trip to view the many birds which inhabit this lake at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the budget campsite

Explore on foot this natural lake and view the Flamingoes in their thousands. Caution must be taken, while walking near the hot springs as these are super hot. Depart for Nairobi in the afternoon via Nakuru. Note: Either Game Viewing or a Tour to the Farm on the third day.
