7 Days Kenya Budget Safaris :Mara,Nakuru,Samburu

Day 1: Nairobi/Masaai Mara
This budget camping safari departs your Hotel at 8.00 am drive to the view point of the Rift Valley, descend the escarpment and drive via Narok town then to Masai Mara for lunch at the campsite. After lunch, proceed for afternoon game drive in Masaai Mara game reserve famous for its black manned lion and yearly migrations of wildebeests, dinner and overnight budget camping.

Day 2: Masaai Mara
A full day spent viewing and exploring this reserve of spectacular wildebeest migration wonders park with picnic lunch served in the park, return to the campsite for dinner and overnight budget camping .

Day 3: Masaai Mara
Morning game drive. Afternoon optional nature walk or a visit to a nearby maasai village. All meals and overnight budget camping.

Day 4: Masaai Mara/Nakuru
After breakfast leave maasai mara with the last game drive as you leave for Lake Nakuru National park with lunch enroute, arriving in Nakuru late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in a Nakuru budget hotel.

Day 5: Nakuru/Samburu
After breakfast, game drive in L. Nakuru Park which is known for flamingoes and its richness in other bird life and wild animals. After late breakfast leave for samburu, lunch en route with game drive on arrival. dinner and overnight budget camping.

Day 6: Samburu
Full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives, all meals and night budget camping.

Day 7: Samburu/Mt. Kenya/Nairobi
After breakfast leave samburu for Nanyuki at the base of Mt. Kenya for picnic lunch. Drop off clients who want to stay behind to climb Mt. Kenya. After lunch leave for Nairobi arriving late afternoon.

    Transport in a customised, fulltime 4 wheel-drive 9-seater safari vehicle, fitted with HF radio, slidding windows, seat belts and pop up roof.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING (For Camping Safaris Only):

    Sleeping bag
    rucksack as storage space on our bases is limited (excess luggage can be securely left at our offices, free of charge).
    Sturdy safari clothes, jeans, T-shirts, jumper, or anorak for cool evenings and early mornings.
    Torch, toiletries, bath towel and insect repellent
    Film for the duration of the safari
    And, of course, personal spending money!!! (for drinks, showers and swimming)
