6 Days Kenya Budget Safaris :Samburu/L. Nakuru/Mara

Day 1: Nairobi/Samburu

Depart Nairobi at 8.00 am, for Samburu National reserve in central Kenya, arriving in time for lunch in a budget camping safaris style. Samburu national reserve is known for the beauty and abundance of its wildlife including beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, somali ostritch and gerenuk antelope. Proceed for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Samburu budget Camping .

Day 2: Samburu

Full day in Samburu with game drives in this Kenyan game reserve. Return to your budget camping safari site in the evening for  optional visits to Samburu villages),all meals and overnight at Samburu Campsite.

Day 3: Samburu/ Lake Nakuru

Depart Samburu after breakfast for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch in Nakukuru budget hotel, In the afternoon game drive until evening, later depart back to your budget hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru/Maasai Mara

Breakfast and leave for Kenyas spectacular Maasai Mara game reserve, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara budget Camping site.

Day 5: Masai Mara

An extensive morning game drive is followed by a brief picnic lunch stop-over, then proceed for another game drive. This part of the northern Serengeti is where the great wildebeest migration is resident and it will be possible to see huge herds of these animals covering much of the reserve.(optional balloon safari rate is 425USD per person). Meals and overnight in Mara budget Camping.

Day 6: Masai Mara/Nairobi

Depart for Nairobi after breakfast, arriving late afternoon to mark the end of your Kenya budget Camping Safari .

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

    Transport in a customised, fulltime 4 wheel-drive 9-seater safari vehicle, fitted with HF radio, slidding windows, seat belts and pop up roof.
    All game park entrance fees

WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE SAFARI:
-International airfares
-Accommodation in Nairobi
-Transfers from or to the airport upon arrival and departure respectively
-All expenditure of personal nature such as telephone calls and laundry

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING (For Camping Safaris Only):

    Sleeping bag
    rucksack as storage space on our bases is limited (excess luggage can be securely left at our offices, free of charge).
    Sturdy safari clothes, jeans, T-shirts, jumper, or anorak for cool evenings and early mornings.
    Torch, toiletries, bath towel and insect repellent
    Film for the duration of the safari
    And, of course, personal spending money!!! (for drinks, showers and swimming)
